As a Care Support Worker, you’ll provide personalised assistance to individuals in their homes—supporting them with personal care, mobility, meals, medication, companionship, housekeeping, and community access. Your role will help ensure that every client maintains dignity, comfort, and independence in a safe and familiar environment.
What We Look For:
- Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic, empathetic, dependable, and full of integrity
- Mobility: A driving license is preferred but optional
- Flexibility: We operate a 24/7 service—shifts may include days, evenings,
nights, weekends, and bank holidays - Experience: Previous care experience is an advantage, but not essential— we value your attitude and willingness to learn
- Qualifications: NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is desirable
